Plyometric and Strength Training for Highland Dancing
Workshop Overview:
This session is based on a program that is proven to work and will give dancers, parents and teachers the tools they need to help build lower body strength and explosiveness needed to dance with power and upper body/core strength to help keep the arms and body under control. If you want to actively participate, you should wear workout attire including exercise shoes. Highland ghillies are not needed for this session.
