You may not believe there is that much to the Strathspey and Highland Reel movements but trust us when we say that these are two of the most complex movements you can do in Highland Dancing. This session will go into EXTREME depth to give you a comprehensive understanding. For most of us, we have had to take time away from these movement due to Covid restrictions so they are sure to be in need of an overhaul!

Professionals welcome to attend but will be required to keep camera off during any dance portion of the workshop. There will be opportunities for questions throughout the workshop.
